Travel Guidelines

Passengers are advised to completely comply with Medallion Transport Inc.’s passenger travel guidelines for a hassle-free ferry trip.

Authorized Personnel Outside Residence (APOR)

• Company ID
• Certificate of Employment
• Medical Certificate
• Travel Order (Issued by Company)

Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI)

• Medical Certificate
• Travel Authority/COVID shield

Returning Overseas Filipino Workers (ROFW)

• Passport
• Medical Certificate
• Travel Authority (Issued by LGU and PNP)

Kindly coordinate with the LGU of your destination and comply with their entry regulations. The company will not be liable for passenger’s denial of entry at port of destination.

Submit Requirements for Approval

Once you have completed all the requirements stated above, submit these to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) for verification and approval through any of the following channels:
