For Fully Vaccinated:

Vaccination Card

Unvaccinated/Incomplete Vaccination:

Medical Certificate
Cebu City For Fully Vaccinated:

1.) Official Vaccination Card with QR Code
2.) Valid ID

Unvaccinated/Incomplete Vaccination:

1.) Negative RT-PCR Test (Taken within 72 hrs) / Negative Antigen Test or Saliva Test (Taken within the last 48 hrs)
Bato Letter of Acceptance/Coordination with Receiving LGU
Butuan S-Pass
Dipolog

For Fully Vaccinated:

1.)Vaccination Card
2.) Approved Travel Coordination Permit (S-Pass) or Notice of Coordination from City/Municipal
3.) Antigen RT/PCR (no need for quarantine
4.)Without antigen test quarantine for 5 (five) days.

5.) Valid ID

Passing through Dipolog:
Fully Vaccinated

Unvaccinated/Incomplete Vaccination:

1.) Negative RT-PCR Test (valid for 5 days) or Letter of Acceptance/Certificate of Coordination & Negative Antigen/Saliva Test (valid for 3 days)
2.) Quarantine
Palompon For passengers staying less than seven (7) days:
-Swab Test

For passengers staying more than seven (7) days:
-Must coordinate with receiving LGU for further requirements and quarantine protocols
