Passenger Check In: Passenger must be at the passenger terminal for check-in at least two (1) one hour before departure time. A valid ID and printed E-ticket will be presented by the passenger upon boarding.
1. This Boarding Pass is non-transferable and valid only on the date and destination as indicated.
2. The Boarding Pass is the sole basis for allowing passengers with Passage Tickets to board the vessel.
3. Submit this Boarding Pass together with the Passage Ticket to authorities before boarding. Failure to submit this Boarding Pass shall mean denial of boarding. Failure to submit this Boarding Pass shall mean denial of boarding, even if the passenger is a ticket holder.
4. Loss of Boarding Pass prior to embarkation must be reported immediately to the shipping company, and a replacement must be purchased from the authorized ticket outlet.
No ID= No ticket issuance.
REFUND of unused tickets: Before vessel departure: 20% surcharge. After vessel departure: 25% surcharge. Season tickets / fully-booked tickets are not refundable.
REVALIDATION of unused tickets: Before vessel departure:10% surcharge. After vessel departure: 20% surcharge. Revalidation means a change of itinerary or schedule, but not change of name of passenger. The ticket is NON-TRANSFERABLE and shall not be used by any person other than the passenger named therein. The ticket is valid only on the particular voyage indicated therein and shall not be honored on any other voyage.
No refund shall be made on LOST TICKETS.
Unused tickets not refunded or revalidated after 30 days from issuance shall be deemed cancelled / non-refundable, and no revalidation shall be allowed.
Original & duplicate copies of ticket, and valid ID of the passenger named therein must be presented for refund or revalidation.
NO ID = NO REFUND & NO REVALIDATION
