Guidelines and Policies

Baggage Allowance. Each passenger is allowed to carry two (2) two pieces hand carried baggage with a total weight of 15 kg and a maximum dimension of 20 cm W x 40 cm (L) x 60 cm (H). Additional 15php per Kilogram will be charge for the succeeding weight with a maximum of 25kg per passenger.

REBOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time of the voyage. It is advisable to cancel the ticket as early as possible to avoid any penalties or charges. If the voyage is cancelled due to Natural disaster and other unexpected circumstances. Passengers may request a refund for at least 7 days after cancellation. Failure to submit all required documents within 7 days will be forfeited.

Cancellation & Refund
1. 72 hours from the scheduled departure : Php50.00 web admin fee shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.
2. 24 hours to 48 hours from the scheduled departure; 20% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.
a. Less than 24 hours and more than 1 hour from the scheduled departure: 40% of the ticket price shall be collected.
4. Less than 1 hour from the scheduled departure; 50% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund. In the unlikely event that there will be delays or cancellation of trips, passengers may opt to rebook or refund their tickets at no extra charges through the following:
.Passengers may rebook or refund their tickets directly from our Ticketing Outlets. Kindly present the following;
. Scan E-ticket with QR Code
. Proof of Payment
. Government-issued ID
. For Credit card/Debit Card, reversal is 7-15 working days
. Or, Passengers may send their refund request to [email protected] and attach the following documents.

. For refund please indicate the account details where the refund will be credited

. For credit account or full refund of bookings made and paid through a travel agent or third party, Kindly contact the travel agent directly.

GUIDELINES ON CHECK-IN PROCEDURES :

ONLINE BOOKING/ BOOKED THRU ACCREDITED TRAVEL AGENTS Passengers must check in at the Island Water Check-in Counter one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time. If they do not check in within the required time, their reserved seats will be given to chance passengers waiting in the Port. Late passengers may rebook, cancel, and refund their tickets, subject to the applicable surcharge fees outlined in the Rebooking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

WALK-IN and CHANCE PASSENGER

Walk-in passengers who purchased their tickets at the Port Ticketing Office should check in and proceed to the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) to wait for boarding. Chance passengers must be accommodated 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

CHECKED-IN PASSENGERS
Passengers who checked in but did not board at the scheduled departure time are not eligible for refunds or rebookings.
